80 Sherbourne is a three story Art Deco building built in the 1930's featuring concrete ceiling and columns, 10 foot ceilings and exposed pipes and ducts. 90 Sherbourne is beautiful 6 story building built in 1905 featuring exposed wood beams, brick walls and 10.5 foot ceilings!
Suites vary in size from 780 to 1300 square feet. There are just a few amenities and no concierge so condo fees are very low for this fantastic area!
